5 stelle non bastano per questa schiacciata paradisiaca! Focaccia croccante e saporita, ben farcita e gustosissima! Consigliato aggiungere le melanzane. Bravi!

No se puede ir a Florencia y no comer una focaccia en All'Antico Vinaio. Iba a pedir una de sus focaccias vegetarianas y quitarle el queso, pero me sorprendió gratamente ver que tenían una opción vegana. Llevaba crema de patata, berenjena picante, tomates secos y crema de cebolla.
