Vegan Soy Sauce Ramen

A good vegan option. Clearly labelled outside the restaurant. There is normally a wait of an 30 minutes or so

Found this place on the Happy Cow app. It's a really small space and there was already a line outside a half hour after opening. They took my order while I was waiting outside and my food came quite quickly once I was seated. I ordered extra char siu with my ramen and it was very delicous. The ramen seemed very authentic and the noodles were super tasty. There is pickled ginger and spicy pickled greens at the table. I didn't try the ginger but I really loved the greens. They sell it separately as a souvenir and I got 2 bags! I believe this is a chain with other locations and would recommend!
