This was too spicy for my partner so I ate the whole thing haha. We agreed that the Kung Pao sauce tastes different from usual kung Pao but we couldn't really pinpoint why..? Either way it was still pretty yummy #abillionturns3
Simple but very tasty (and spicy) charred cauliflower with Sichuan peppers and roasted cashews. The cauli is quite crunchy, cooked just nice!
Kung Pao = sweet, sour, savoury & spicy Possible to request for nut free version, otherwise it consists of cashews in the mix.
This is good but very salty! It's a dish that would go very well with white rice for me. Quite a big serving too so better for sharing or bringing something to takeaway with (not sure if they allow takeaway for their buffet!) #veganuary
This was ok but my parents and I didn’t really enjoy the sweet-savory combo combo. Appreciate the cashews tho! Always have a soft spot for nuts. Overall very very happy with the weekend brunch buffet, ate till 150% full ahaha would definitely go again!!
