KIMCHI GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH

This was the salted dish part of the brunch formula. I opted for the vegan grilled cheese with kimchi, which was definitely an original idea for a brunch dish. It was also tasty but nothing out of the ordinary. I appreciated the texture and the addition of kimchi, however I found the vegan cheese to be a cheap one and not a particularly savory one. The cheese also didn’t melt at all. In the menu, for the salted dish, there was also another vegan option (avocado toast). KIMCHI GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH € 12.50 toast con pane ai cereali, kimchi homemade (verdure fermentate alla coreana, #vegan, probiotico) e formaggio 🧀 vegano accompagnato da vegan kimchi mayo. Molto soddisfacente, saporito, il pane tostato croccante e fragrante, la maionese completava il tutto.
