This was the salted dish part of the brunch formula. I opted for the vegan grilled cheese with kimchi, which was definitely an original idea for a brunch dish. It was also tasty but nothing out of the ordinary. I appreciated the texture and the addition of kimchi, however I found the vegan cheese to be a cheap one and not a particularly savory one. The cheese also didn’t melt at all.
In the menu, for the salted dish, there was also another vegan option (avocado toast).
The price for the whole brunch menu was 28€.
