Loco Moco

Brought my non-vegan friend here and she also ordered the loco moco and loved it! I really love dishes with gravy and it’s pretty rare to find vegan gravy so I was very happy 😊 #aloha

I got the loco moco, which is a local Hawaiian dish normally with a beef patty, egg, and gravy, but this version was vegan with a crispy veggie patty, tofu scramble, and mushroom gravy on rice. The gravy was so good and it was a very hearty meal
