This is certainly interesting. Yam is not normally something I would choose but with the

chocolate tear drop ice cream thing its delicious. Also, see the little orange balls? They are like little bubbles that burst in our mouth with a sweet flowery, shampoo (but yummy) flavour 😍 😋

Everything was so good except for that chocolate sorbet because the taste of it was

so distinctive i could tell which brand it was

It looked great and was original. Nutrition is probably okay too. Was it good? It

definitely wasn’t memorable to me but maybe gourmet food just isn’t my scene? #jaan

Pleasant surprise. Think of it as... a Japanese spin on orh-nee, presented in French style

(Haha). The yam puree was very pure and the taste of yam still comes across with that bit of sugar. The red beans are still in whole so you have a nice bite through. Lastly, the flaky cracker is sturdy enough to hold up like a plate, but thin and crispy enough to complement the soft and gooey puree. Nice.

The chocolate ice cream... not sure why it is there. Rather they just place another 2 layers of yam, and remove the chocolate ice cream.

The name of this dessert is very uninspiring and the presentation and joy of eating

it so understated!! The yam and red bean paste together is just right not overly sweet and goes well with the crispy sweetened cracker layers. Also loved the choc ice cream on the side though it was a little hard LOL! It also came with some fruits, crushed peanuts and bobbles that pop in your mouth with interesting sweet syrup!

Love this dessert, hits just the right note! The dark chocolate sorbet is duper good

too. $38.80++ (dessert of the 6-course lunch menu)

Very enjoyable finish to the course :)
Red bean and yam really complimented the pastry and

icecream
