IPA (Indian paneer & apple)

Had this dish for lunch the other day! First of all: GYS just renovated this place and it’s so beautiful now! (Check last pic) So much wood, plants and simple designs. Now the food: Vegan paneer, spinach, tahin yoghurt, apple chutney, coriander. What a combo of flavors and textures! The paneer (picture 3) was so creamy and warm, while the fresh veggies provided a good crunchy texture. The tahin yogurt was delicious and paired well with the green spinach-mint sauce. The Apple chutney was such a great addition on top, provided sweetness and that special touch! #glutenfree
