Iced Coconut Mint Coffee

This lovely, refreshing drink was just what I needed on this scorcher of a day. The coconut flavoured #oatmilk went so well with the shot of #damnfinecoffee ! The layer of mint at the bottom gave the drink an absolutely smooth finish. Its trio of colours bears an uncanny resemblance to the flag of the short-lived state of the Republic of Transkei, which represented a historic turning point in South Africa's policy of apartheid, being the first of four territories to be declared independent of South Africa.
