Dairy-free waffles

I’m back home in SG for a little, so I decided to hit up one of my favorite vegan waffle + ice cream spots and it did not disappoint! I got the black sesame ice cream instead of the usual matcha to switch it up, and I can’t recommend it more!

My go-to waffles at Hvala topped with matcha ice cream, crispy brown rice and matcha powder. The waffles are so crunchy and tasty!!

This time the texture of the insides was dense and spongy like huat kueh whoops. Nice cinnamon flavour & slightly crispy waffle exterior through! $14.90++ with one scoop of oatmilk or matcha no.1 gelato.

My favorite mochi waffle of all time!!! Second time ordering this at their vegan outlet because it’s sooooo gd the exterior is crispy and interior had the mochi texture integrated into the fluffy waffles ~~~ their matcha ice cream is rly nice and had intense earthy notes too!!!
