Busker Pizza

The Busker is my favourite vegan pizza and I have had it across various Hudsons branches across Jhb and CT. I have found that it tastes quite different at each branch, but this particular one from the Gardens branch is the best one I’ve had so far! Usually not a fan of aubergine, but it’s so tasty here and has an almost pepperoni vibe. The cheese is quite good too!

A very juicy and tasty pizza that has more than enough to go around. The flavors are great and the brinjal is brilliant.
