Good rendition of kitsune udon! 🍜 Savoury broth (neither too oily nor too salty) with smooth udon noodles, umami kelp, leafy greens, carrot slices, and mildly sweet fried beancurd skin. The set came with a side of crunchy battered konjac calamari rings (some looked like nuggets but were actually rings compressed together haha), served with creamy and tangy vegan Andalusian sauce. 🍤 Surprisingly hearty and filling!
