There is no way of taking a pretty photo of this especially when it's a #takeaway but please trust me when I say it's delicious! It has all the flavours of leftover Christmas dinner without any of the cruelty of a traditional Christmas dinner. Toasted sourdough with slices of turkey style seitan which is tender and crispy on the edges, all covered with the most delicious gravy, mushrooms and stuffing. Lovely hits of sage and rosemary with a pop of cranberry in every couple of bites. I'm kind of sad it only hits the menu once a year but I guess that makes it even more special, just like Christmas 🌲 #veganincapetown #capetown #veganchristmas
Hubby had this so I was late to grab a snap. He LOVED it and it really did smell and taste of Christmas. Super delicious, filled with lots of cuts, stuffing, etc on toasted sourdough.
Delicious sandwich! I LOVED the seitan turkey and the cranberry sauce added a perfect pop of sweetness!
