VEGANI don’t know if they still do the carrot lox but this was my go to order 🥺 The flavours between the marinaded carrot, cucumber, and cashew cream cheese are so perfectly balanced, I just can’t get enough!
Yummy!!!!!!! First time trying carrot lox and it's super delicious. I added some salt and a big squeeze of lemon but it was really really good. A new favorite!
Heaven! What a treat this was. Love that it’s not called faux salmon or something because it is so much more than that. The cream cheese is herby and flavorful with the carrots tangy and reminiscent of the ocean. Filling and very satisfying. I would highly recommend it if ever you’re in town.
This is a 5 star dish! That carrot lox tastes exactly like smoked salmon! A fresh bagel with smokey salmon-like carrot lox and cream cheese. I have no idea how these ladies at Grumpy and Runt make such amazing food but everything is just so tasty and the textures are perfect. 52/90 challenge #veganisnotscary
