Green Cheese Ramen

Basil green soup ramen topped with shredded vegan cheese, soy 'chicken' (personally wasn't such a fan of the mock meat aftertaste), bamboo shoots, cress microgreens, beansprouts, cabbage, and baby corn. 🍜🧀🥬🌽 This innovative East-meets-West fusion combination of ingredients sounded strange but kinda worked since pesto sauce typically contains basil leaves and cheese.
