A delicious #lunch 🥙 #Kofte, #harissa spiced #carrots, red #chicory, charred #broccoli, pea mint #dip, pomegranate #molasses, za'atar, #dill!
The kofte is a round ball of deep fried goodness 🤤 #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease It’s made from mashed #veggies with some vegetable pieces inside as well. It’s rather soft, and then crunchy on the outside. You get four of these in the dish.
On the bottom of the plate is a refreshing vegan #yoghurt dip with blended peas and #mint inside. It fits the dish very well! Alongside everything there’s roasted spiced #carrots in different colors (red, yellow, orange) and some charred broccoli 🥦 Drizzled on top is a sweet-sour #pomegranate molasses, #zataar spice and dill 🌿 This makes the dish even better. The slight bitterness of the chicory adds yet another level of flavor!
