I admit Ive been resting on my laurels for the past 2 months, Im determined to post all that Ive documented!! Cant go wrong at Genius Central, slowly but surely becoming one of my favourite places. I hoped for a more roasted flavour but it didnt disappoint! Tangy, bright tomato flavour that comes with a slice of bread of choice. Only wished that there were more slices 😥😥
