Fudgy Chocolate Brownie with Gelato

Warm chocolate brownie dotted with chopped walnuts, drizzled with in-house sauce (they said it was salted caramel but TBH it seemed like a generic thick sugar syrup to me) and topped with tuile thin wafer biscuit. 🍫 Personally found some parts of the brownie rather dry and crumbly, while some parts were nice and fudgy - maybe the secret was to let the gelato melt and moisten the brownie? 😂 Served with a scoop of goma black sesame or matcha level 1 intensity gelato by default (can top up for other flavours); I opted for the latter~ 🍵🍨 My non-veg mum kept commenting that she really liked the creamy matcha gelato which wasn't overly bitter!
