NDP 2022 Saute Rojak

The seasonal NDP rojak is back and I'm just glad they have taupok in it

Tasty rojak with generous amount of peanut 🥜 sauce was yummy too !

This ROJAK is really a 10/10!! One of singapore’s delicacy. If you happen to be there, do try out as this is a seasonal menu! The Rojak consist of : Apple, Pear, Cucumber, Tofu, Youtiao …… You may also get sambal chilli on the side if you like to spice up the dish🌶️🌶️. One of the best local dish that you should try when you are there!! If i remember clearly, Rojak contains a type of prawn paste which makes the whole dish so nice. However, in order to make this vegan rojak must have take a lot of effort in the back of the kicthen. The taste is 10/10 a bit spicy and contains nuts. Was an okay rojak. Not one of the best amongst the ones I tried. The youtiao was not very crispy. The rest of the veggies also didn't taste super fresh, with the lack of crisp.
