Brownie With Gula melaka

No complaints 🙌 Well presented, and enjoyed the addition of gula melaka syrup 😏

I found the brownie quite salty and the top layer was a bit too hard to cut. Need to get it with the ice cream to overcome the heavy flavour of the brownie. Could be better but it was still nice decent dessert!

So amazed by the creaminess of the ice cream. It has a nice hint of vanilla and not very sweet; it also doesn't melt easily. However, I find the ganache on the cake is a little bit hard and not so moist. Nevertheless, it was such an enjoyable experience to eat this dessert. #abillionlove

Surprisingly good ! Definitely a highlight. Vanilla ice cream was superrr creamy

Ice cream is good is good to go with the brownie.. but the brownie not hot and soft enough.
