Flaked Tuna Nicoise Salad

Briny 'tuna' which I believe was from #omnifoods, mixed with red bell pepper in piquillo pepper dressing, and topped with edible flowers. 🐟🫑🪻 The 'tuna' had a nice flaky texture without an overly strong fishy taste, and was very well-seasoned, something unique and different from the usual 'tuna mayo'. My non-veg companion picked this as his top favourite dish and kept raving about it! Tucked underneath the blanket of large lettuce leaves were oven-roasted potatoes, tomatoes braised in olive oil, and chopped olives. 🥔🍅🫒 The menu mentioned that there was supposed to be #onlyeg omelette shreds but I guess they forgot ahaha. 🍳 Personally would also have liked some other vegetables such as eggplant and squash for variety!
