Enoki Tempura Patty with Teriyaki Mayo

Unpopular opinion but the tempura enoki was really oily when I had it! I recalled the taste and texture of the soggy oily flour coating in my mouth. The best thing about this dish is the fries, really. And maybe the bread. Comes with above average price tag, but the good thing is, it is Nett price.

Sauté-San is a veg*n restaurant with an amazing and original vegan menu. Wide range of options, often involving a good mix of flavours. I’d highly recommend visiting this place. This burger is simply heavenly, well-dressed and just beautiful. and top marks for ingenuity; enoki tempura in a burger? Bless the geniuses who created this dish. Dressed with teriyaki mayo (vg), and served with a side of fries, a beautiful salad, and, on this occasion, with Swans (the band).
