This was under the chef’s delights section and I tried it out of curiosity. The
ramen didn’t have much flavour even though they added some gravy and I got sick of eating it after a while.
But the plus points are definitely the lion mane mushroom “rendang”, fried vegetable gyozas and the crispy beancurd skin. The rendang is a little spicy.
The price is quite reasonable for a restaurant dish and would totally order this again in the future; maybe with a request of lesser ramen.
