Cauliflower Wings

A unique take on #cauliflowerwings, but I was underwhelmed having read reviews that “they’re the best cauliwings ever”. The texture and flavour is more like #fishandchips style not #wings style. The #bbq sauce was great, but the sriracha lime seemed to fall off the wings and didn’t really taste like anything. I personally wouldn’t order these again. Disappointed.

These were very strange cauli wings. They were battered more like fish in a fish and chips dish. They were also huge so they had to be cut up to eat. We got Bourbon BBQ and Sriracha Lime. The BBQ was pretty good but the SL sauce just fell off and we could barely taste it. #veganrestaurant

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this, considering it's probably one of the items I've eaten the most. These used to be really good but since ~change of management at Democracy, a lot of the food has had a quality change. This Sweet Apple Garlic sauce was too funny and not flavorful enough, and the wing batter was a little lacking. Still a decent item, just be sure to make sure to tell them if the sauce isn't to your liking. Ranch dressing comes on the side which saves them a little bit.
