Macarons

This is the earl grey macaron and the matcha white chocolate macaron. Perfectly soft/chewy texture and the flavor on the matcha macaron was delicious. All macarons are also gluten free. Also got the pistachio cookie which was maybe one of my favorite cookies ever. Such a great pistachio flavor!

Among other delicious sweets, I got these macarons and they were pretty good. A bit chewy but probably cause I’m not a fan of macarons. Always excited to try the plant based options though!

Every single macaron at Confectionary is absolutely delicious.

First time having vegan macarons and I couldn’t tell the difference. I believe the purple one was violet and it was definitely my favorite. 4 macarons are $11 which is reasonable to me.

Its a rarity to find an eggless macaron, but this store has perfected their recipe. With a melt in your mouth texture and unique flavors, the macarons would make great gifts for any vegan with a sweet tooth. Here we have Oreo, Rose, Pistachio Cardamom, and Chai.
