Vegan Margherita

First meal in our new home had to be Col Cacchios! I had a vegan margarita with mushies & pepperdews!

This is a leftover which is why it does not look so good. But I’m not a fan of Irene’s cheese.

Pleasantly surprised, gave me the satisfaction of pizza and the vegan cheese is reasonably tasty in my opinion. #capetown #southafrica
