Ofu Omakase

This was great, although it's quite different from traditional sushi. The black rice base was nice and sticky. The eggplant sushi was amazing both in texture and flavour. The vegan salmon had a pretty convincing texture. All the veggie toppings had a nice grilled flavour. The takeout was delivered in #recyclable boxes.

Tbh wasn't the best sushi I've had. Was kinda like cold veggies on rice. I liked some of the sauce though.
