Pandan leaf and coconut cake with coconut yoghurt

Again we have this for breakfast it’s just too good to miss even a day!

We ordered some coconut yoghurt to accompany these superb Thai delicacies.  Oh! How I miss pandan leaf… 😭😭😭😭
