Lusciously smooth chickpea hummus with roasted garlic and za'atar spice mix, brightened with the infusion of zesty orange oil. 🧆🍊 I always love hummus and also enjoy citrusy flavours, so this pairing was chef's kiss for me! 🧑‍🍳😙🤌 Beautifully plated with dried citrus, pomegranate seeds, and sweet orange cherry tomatoes. You can’t really go wrong with hummus. Though some are really tasteless. We enjoyed this one as well. And it was served with lovely, toasted pita bread in nice little triangles.
