Unlike the soft gooey style of cinnamon rolls I'm used to, this was flaky and crispy like puff pastry. Came with sweet icing and of course a lovely woody cinnamon spice aroma. 🪵 Happy to have a vegan version of this, since kanelsnegle or 'Wednesday snails' are a traditional staple in Denmark.
