Chipotle Jackfruit Salad

This was much bigger than I thought it was going to be! So sadly I couldn’t finish it all :’( It contained perhaps the best cooked jackfruit I have ever had - it was flavoured almost exactly how I remember chicken tikka tasting (I’m not sure if that was their aim), with quite a meaty-texture too! All the other veg was very fresh and colourful, all on a bed of salad leaves, and the pitta was soft and warm.
