Chickpea Tofu

We did the tasting menu at Folke, and wow every dish was so unique, and many were not on the menu. I had never had chickpea tofu, but it was so good with all the other flavours in the dish like zaatar, pistachio, beets and pickled radish.

😮 Description of spices —za'atar, turnip, zhoug, nutty earthy flavors , don’t know what it’s called but there were little crunchy corn nuts i liked !
