Part of tea set ($5 with a bun). I think it was a #cappuccino with either Oatside or soy. Can't quite recall the taste of it but defo tolerable with #plantmilk #beverage #caffeine #coffee

Pleasant cuppa hot espresso with #sglocal #oatside #oatmilk; taste-wise my mum was satisfied! ☕🥛 We also loved the heartwarming gesture of adding the coffee powder on the foam to form the word 幸福 - it's a Chinese word that essentially refers to a state of well-being, feeling blessed and fortunate. That's also the essence behind the café; to set aside time and stress when you push open the door and see their numberless clock, and to view life with a harmonious and grateful attitude. I recall this concept constantly being on my mind back in secondary school during my peak Taiwan idol drama obsession phase. I would always make the same wish in Taiwan: 我们一定都要幸福 / please let us all be happy. Fast-forward around 10 years later, 简单的幸福 / simple happiness is still ever-so-desirable, yet perhaps even more elusive. Oat milk by default! This coffee is unfortunately average but it is priced well at 3.8. The milk is quite thin, frothed up but not much bulk to it.

Love the Chinese characters decorated on the cappuccino. It means happiness in English. Nice ambience for hanging out with friends or family members over coffee and snacks. The cafe is only opened from Friday to Sunday.
