Callos veganos

Tripe? Tripe did I hear you say?!?! Why on earth would we want to try a vegan version of tripe!? Well… we did… and it was really good. Oyster mushrooms, chickpeas, meatballs, great slightly sweet tasting sauce. They give you a bag of different breads too - seeded, spiced, pumpernickel… mmm mmm

Deliciosos, me han encantado. Y eso que "tradicionales" nunca me habían gustado
