Vegan Tapioca

I was really stoked to find this brazilian cafe with authetic food. The vegan options are limited but this dish lived up to my expectations. The filling is eggplant, arrugula and tomatoes. Would‘ve been nice to get a bigger portions but definitely worth the visit.
