This consisted of Buddy's 🌱-based steak, sautéed onions, and vegan cheddar cheese whiz, plus mushrooms,
peppers, and broccoli rabe on a soft Italian hoagie roll. That 🐮-free steak, a textured vegetable protein and vital wheat gluten hybrid, was amazing. It was meaty, but melt-in-your-mouth tender. We think it definitely accomplished Buddy’s goal of creating the perfect Philly cheesesteak, “something you can eat with one hand, dripping with beautiful juice, and not chewing too much.
