Wild mushroom aglio olio

Not a wide range of vegan options at Brewerkz, but glad they have this one good one. Strong mushroom and spinach flavours in this Aglio Olio

This dish is good although not super exciting. There are loads of mushrooms and fried onions as well as garlic. It seems a bit oily but hopefully it’s just olive oil.

The dish satisfied the aglio olio craving and had a strong taste of garlic which I love! The fried topping was a little strange though and could be done without #abillionturns3

It was alright. Would have been better if it had more garlic flavour to it. Generous with amount of mushrooms, and I loved the thinly sliced garlic pieces.
