Tortilla rellena

The picture doesn't make up for how good it tasted, but I swear this was the best pintxo I've ever had, vegan or not. It was soft and flavoursome; it had a sort of bechamel with vegan bacon on top that took it to the mext level. My (non-vegan) sister even said that it tastes as a egg omelette, so we confirm it's very well done. We'd eat it again any day. In fact, it's so taste that we would buy the whole vegan omelette. 2,60€
