Beetroot Hummus Burger

Wholemeal buns stacked with a toothsome steamed mushroom patty, housemade hummus, beetroot cubes, tomatoes, and lettuce. I was actually expecting beetroot flavoured hummus instead of beetroot and hummus separately haha but it still tasted pretty good! Definitely not like hummus with alliums, but juicy and relatively flavourful with a slight sweetness. One of the few burgers that are not fried or spicy~ (Allium-free, $10.90) #sgvegan

Beetroot and hummus can be more. Nonetheless nomVnom patties are often good, including this mushroom patty!

Trying this for the first time. The patty is good but the hummus isn’t too great. There’s a few bits of beetroot with lettuce and tomatoes btw. Could have been better compared to their other great burgers.

Felt like a kid all over again. About the height twice that of my mouth and everything just deconstructed at random, however calibrated Tastewise, as fondly burger memorable as an awkward kid @ McD. Bagus❣️

Ordered this because I didn't want any soy patty. It said Mushroom patty but somehow i tasted some overpowering soy flavour in the patty. Could be more transparent in the ingredients, what if I have a soy allergy? Hummus- very little that I couldn't really taste it. Overall salty. *additional observation: Personal hygiene of staff could be better
