Denver's Best Vegan Donuts

Beet Box is a vegan Denver staple, everything they serve is delicious and their staff is always incredibly kind. Sadly, they closed their doors permanently in November due to the pandemic. This photo is from my last haul after waiting in like for ~5 hours one Saturday morning. I hope we’ll see Beet Box treats pop up around Denver in the future, but for now, I bid them a grateful farewell.

Vegan chocolate-iced vanilla donut with rainbow sprinkles? Absolute heaven :)

Their donuts are amazing! They aren’t actual donuts—they’re baked and basically like cake in a donut shape. I love them because I’m not a huge fan of heavy frosting but I love cake so these donuts are perfect since they’re like cake with a thin layer of icing—delicious!
