Carolina Chick’n Sandwich

#beertown #veganisnotscary #vegandinner #veganchicken Beertown is such a wonderful restaurant / bar that put some real effort into its separate plant-based / vegan menu. There are several options available for each course - apps / shareables, main and dessert. All of its sauces are vegan (except its blue cheese sauce); the carnivores / omnivores haven’t noticed and complained. This vegan chick’n sandwich was so delicious. It was ordered without the Carolina mustard (simply to avoid a little spiciness). The chick’n was crispy with a lightly battered texture. The sandwich iwas a little messy, but this just added to the appeal. It was perfect and will be ordered again. The staff at this restaurant are incredibly polite and friendly. They even allowed me to leave my car in the parking lot overnight, adding that they encourage their customers to do that if they need to (for example, if they’ve drank too much). I had a flat tire and couldn’t get a tow within a reasonable time. The car was still there the next morning for a tow to a nearby dealership. Try this restaurant. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Their Chick’n sandwich is amazing. Another one of my favourite menu items at Beertown! Super crispy and flavourful. The dill and spicy mustard sauce they put on it makes it a masterpiece.
