Tofu Asparagus Spring Rolls

We were with family having fun in the area and it is always a great surprise to see such friendly 100% plant based options. We love spring rolls because they are not fried, they are refreshing and you can add such a variety of options. Protein, healthy fats and veggies on top of the other dishes we ordered was perfect.
