This was an amazing bowl! The base was rice and I chose five toppings: edamame, wakame, broccoli, red cabbage and sprouts. The tofu is very yummy too! My dressing was sweet-ginger. On top of everything I had peanuts, sesame seeds and a little bit of chili sprouts. Sooo good and a good portion! You can chose from many many toppings so it won't get boring;-)
