Smokey Mac&Cheese

‘Cashew based sauce topped with kimchi, lemon tofu bits and sesame seeds’ I was a little reluctant to try kimchi on Mac and cheese but I have to say they know what they are doing. Very yummy not as “cheesy” or “saucy” as I would like but I definitely enjoyed it and would order again

I go out of my way to get to Animal Liberation kitchen for their Smokey Mac & Cheese with kimchi. It’s awesome! Coffee is great too. Lovely owner and staff who work there. Joaquin Phoenix approved ✊🏽
