Ancient Grains “Stew”

Full heads up on this review: I’m not super-culinarily-inclined, so my guesses on ingredients might be off. Anywho, this stew was beautiful to look at, flavorful, and filling! Everything sat in potato-ey sauce that tasted like a rich soup. The seasoned grains seemed (I’m doing my best guess) to include quinoa, farrow, and millet. Cilantro also appeared present in the stew, adding a touch more of flavor. I loved it. If you’re looking for a delicious vegan option at WDW, this is one of the best entree options.
