Tamarind Rice

A value for money meal with naan, prata and briyani rice. Dishes included potato, toufu, beans and daal. Great flavours.

Tangy and somewhat comforting, sorta like pineapple fried rice but not sweet nor citrusy. I personally find the sharp tang will be complimented with something creamy or rich but you can decline the raitna (yoghurt).
