Loved the rich and creamy textures in the filling and cashewnaise; almost buttery yet not cloyingly so. Apart from the jalapeños, it might have been good to have a sprinkle of grilled corn or cauliflower for some crunchy veggies! Served in a reuseable #muuse container at the Conscious Festival.
