A14 Mango Salad

This was pretty good. Crunchy and refreshing. Not a fan of the crackers though.

Had little bits of crunchy seitan and a great sauce that tasted like fish sauce. Had also fake fish cake and something that really reminded me of ham slices. The fried crackers were not as good but overall was a really great dish!
