This is a pizza with sushi rice as a base topped with cherry tomatoes, “burella” vegan cheese, wild rocket, black olives, and vegan parmesan. The sushi rice base is very crispy and extremely dense so this is only something to eat when hungry. The burella v-cheese is quite strong and takes over the taste of the whole dish. It could be because I got this at the end of my bottomless sushi time so was already quite full but I can safely say that I will never get this again. They don’t allow people to take things away for the bottomless sushi menu, but any uneaten items are donated to food waste organisations. #vegansushi #london #japanese

The sushi pizza was part of the bottomless sushi menu, so obviously we had to try it. This one was amazing, a must try! The pizza is made of a a rice layer which is then fried. The topping were to die for. The quality of each ingredient was outstanding and the veg cheeses were so convincing to the point that my French boyfriend was not sure they were veg ahah. It's quite fulfilling so make sure you are hungry when ordering this.
