One of three very tasty starters offered by No 10 on their Winter Vegan Menu. Served with rocket, Cumberland gel and pickled cranberries. Quite a big portion and very tasty.

This appetising dish made with thinly sliced layers of potato, aubergine and courgette, topped with red lentils and onions, is hugely satisfying. As with all Pera’s dishes, a big portion served with rice and side salad.
